Shipping and Returns
After receipt, the order and clear payment, Ready to a stock item will deliver within 2 days through the standard shipping carriers (unless the customer chooses fast delivery).
The customized order will start immediately and take 10 – 14 days (depends upon customization work) and dispatch through standard courier 06 – 10 days (depends upon location). Delivery may take extra time if custom barriers involved at buyer’s country. If the buyer’s country applies any charges, duties, or taxes, the buyer will be responsible for all those charges.
We provide a 30-day a refund guarantee after you discuss with Returns and refunds personnel. Some merchandise is also excluded from the Guarantee and can be clearly marked within the unlikely event that you simply receive the faulty or broken product, please discuss with our Returns and refunds section. We will issue a full refund (excluding shipping charges paid by seller). Refund will be issued only if the product received in original packing and unused. Buyer will be responsible to bear the return cost.
NOTE: Customized item will not be refundable/Exchangeable (unless manufacturing defect) but if any alteration required we will do free of cost and buyer will bear the courier cost at both ends.
